Mayor Cherelle L. Parker’s Housing Opportunities Made Easy (H.O.M.E.) initiative aims to build or repair 30,000 homes in Philadelphia over the next few years. The initiative is expected to cost around $800 million and will be funded through a combination of bonds and other investments.

The mayor’s plan aims to address housing needs “from every angle,” including providing affordable housing options, helping first-time homebuyers, and keeping tenants from being evicted. ### Smart Appliances: The Future of Kitchen Renovations
The latest trend in kitchen renovations is the adoption of smart appliances. These high-tech appliances can perform a range of tasks, from preheating the oven to checking the refrigerator’s camera to see if you’ve still got leftovers.
